At Aanshiya, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Each item is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our operations, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
1. No Return / Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
Customers are requested to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement
Products are eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product has a manufacturing or printing defect
- Incorrect item has been delivered
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us at customercare@aanshiya.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product
- Description of the issue
Requests without proper photo proof may not be accepted.
4. Resolution Process
Once the issue is verified:
- A replacement will be processed at no additional cost
We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Replacement is not possible
- Order is lost in transit
- Verified manufacturing defect where replacement cannot be fulfilled
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Online payments → refunded to original payment method/UPI
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
We are not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused or unaccepted COD orders
