- Once processed, orders are dispatched for delivery

- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery compared to remote areas
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
- You can use this link to monitor your shipment status
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Courier service disruptions

- Remote delivery locations
Aanshiya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply
7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept order
- Incorrect address
The order may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:
- Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid
- No refund will be issued for failed or refused deliveries
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected orders
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery
Repeated COD order refusals may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.
